  Terveyskunto Oy has planned and participated in producing health education materials for customers and health care professionals. The need for this kind of material rises from the work itself. Our goal is to plan and produce motivating and easy to understand tools for health education. We want to make health education fun and effective!

We have already made videos about:

- pregnancy and exercising

- muscle workout

- how to take care of Your back and neck at work/ daily living

In the future we want to bring information and knowledgement available for people in an easy way concidering individual needs and by using the latest technology.
