for classes:
Fysiokimppa
Fysiokimppa means easy aerobics in intervals with professional
instructor ( PT or PTA ). Fysiokimppa class includes two to three
aerobic and muscle work out sets with mobility and stretching exercises
in between. Music varies from todays pop to 70Žs hits something
for everybody! WeŽll use various equipment at the class: weights,
rubber bands, gym sticks, step benches etc. There are differents levels
for classes: fysiokimppa basic for easier pace and exercise
(no jumping), fysiokimppa advanced for more intensive work
out and fysiokimppa marathon of 1,5 hours effective work out
for those who want a bit more challenge
! Fysiokimppa advanced and
marathon include jumping and running.
Fitness boxing
Fitness boxing is a diverse, effective, fun, challenging and
relaxing sport with a professional Fitness boxing instructor. YouŽll
get information about techniques and used equipment and You will do
a lot of fun exercise with a good stretching in the end. Fitness boxing
is highly energetic work out and ideal way to get rid of stress! This
is especially good for tight shoulders and stiff back! Both beginners
and advanced trainers are welcome to this class.
Circuit Weight Training
( CWT )
At CWT we use gym equipment and free weights in a circuit training
way of exercising (short breaks between exercises). This work out
improves both muscle condition and aerobic endurance in a very effective
way. This is excellent especially for those who like more intensive
exercise! Working out in a group at the gym takes You to a new pace
and effectivity.
Physio-stretching
Physio-stretching means nice and easy mobility exercise. We concentrate
on relaxing and stretching the muscles of Your body after a short
warm up. Very effective way to get Your body relaxed, flexible and
full of energy! Choose from 45 min. and 60 min. classes.

Ladyfit 40+
Ladyfit 40+ is especially made for You, lady 40+ who wants to take
care of Your well being- both body and mind. This class has Fysiokimppa
structure and lovely, ageless music takes You into the enjoyment of
exercising. At ladyfit 40+ we concentrate on toning the body, improving
body awareness, flexibility and mobility in a fun and effective way.
Relaxation and taking good care of Your body and mind are essential
issues. This class is a very pleasant and delightful experience!
Sport men
Now men have a class of their own. "Sport men" class has
intensive aerobic and muscle exercises and of course effective stretching/
mobility exercises without difficult choreographic sets. Come and
sweat- YouŽll get rid of Your stress too!
Sport class
Sport class in based on Fysiokimppa structure, emphasis on improving
aerobic condition. Sport class is simple and without difficult choreographic
steps, yet effective and definitely sweeps You up. We use exercises
from various sports: running, jumping, boxing etc. Come and sweat-
YouŽll get rid of Your stress too!
Power class
Power class is based on fysiokimppa structure. This class is about
muscle strengthening and endurance exercises by working out with opposite
muscle groups after another (back muscles abdominal muscles for
example). This guarantees effective work out without feeling fatigue
in the muscles. We use weights and power bars at this class. This
workout is effective and simple- YouŽll notice the results soon!
Yoga
Yoga is is a practical way to get to know Yourself better. It suits
everybody regardless of age, size, sex, condition or religious background.
By various concentration, breathing, relaxation and physical exercises
Yoga has a positive over all effect on both physical and mental health.
It also helps You to find a peacefull perspective on Your daily life.
Both beginners and more advanced yoga trainers are welcome to this
class.
Yoga class is for 60 min / 75 min.
Fysiobalance
Fysiobalance increases Your body control, body balance, mobility and
relaxes Your body after a hard days work. Fysiobalance includes ideas
and
movements from Pilates, yoga and physiotherapy. Exercises are simple
and easy to do and are suitable for everybody. Fysiobalance class
is unhurried and all exercises are done by listening Your own body.
